Book a Meeting Start a Project

We respect your privacy. This notice describes how we handle personal information when you visit monarchpixel.co, contact us about a project, or book a meeting. It applies to our website and related enquiries, not to the terms of any separate client project agreement.

01. Who we are

Monarch Pixel provides architectural visualization, digital creative production and related services. For information submitted directly to us through this website, Monarch Pixel is the point of contact responsible for handling it.

Privacy contact: contact@monarchpixel.co

02. Information we collect

  • Project enquiries: name, business email, optional company name, the service requested, timeline, budget, project description and reference images or documents you choose to upload.
  • Booking information: information you submit when scheduling a meeting through our embedded Calendly booking tool.
  • Communications: information contained in emails and other messages you send to us.
  • Technical data: basic connection and device information that our website hosting services may process to deliver the site and maintain its security. Our enquiry handler also uses an IP-based rate limit to reduce spam.

Please avoid sending sensitive personal information in project descriptions or uploaded files unless it is necessary and you have a lawful reason to share it.

03. How we use your information

We use information to respond to enquiries, arrange meetings, discuss proposals, deliver requested services where agreed, and protect our website from misuse. Where data-protection law applies, the relevant grounds may include taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing an agreement, complying with a legal obligation, or our legitimate interests in operating a secure and responsive business.

We do not use information submitted in a project enquiry as automatic consent to receive promotional emails. Any optional marketing requiring consent should use a separate choice.

04. Services and sharing

We share information only as reasonably needed to operate the website, communicate with you, schedule meetings or provide agreed services. This may involve our website hosting and email providers, and the services you choose to use.

  • Calendly: our meeting-booking tool is embedded in the site. When you interact with it, Calendly processes booking information under its own privacy practices. See Calendly's privacy notice.
  • Google Fonts: our pages request fonts from Google-hosted services, which may receive technical request information. See Google's privacy policy.
  • Social links: our website links to platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. Their privacy practices apply when you visit those platforms.

We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect legal rights. We do not sell enquiry details as a commercial mailing list.

05. Cookies and website technology

Our website and third-party embedded services may use cookies or similar technology to provide essential functions and maintain sessions. In particular, the embedded Calendly tool may set or access cookies and process technical data when it loads.

You can manage cookies through your browser. If we introduce non-essential analytics or advertising trackers, we will update this notice and provide any consent controls required by applicable law.

06. How long we keep information and how we protect it

We keep enquiries, correspondence and project files for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential or active business relationship, keep appropriate records and meet legal obligations. We review information and delete it when it is no longer needed for those purposes.

We use reasonable technical and organisational precautions to protect information, but no online transmission or storage method is completely secure. Please contact us if you believe any information you shared with us needs correction or removal.

07. International data handling

Monarch Pixel works with clients internationally, and website or communications providers may process data in more than one country. Where cross-border data transfers are restricted by applicable law, appropriate legal measures must be used.

08. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restrictions on the use of your personal information; to object to certain processing; or to request a copy of your information in a portable format.

If we rely on your consent for any activity, you may withdraw that consent. You may object to direct marketing at any time. To make a request, email contact@monarchpixel.co. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

If you are in the UK and UK data-protection law applies, you may also raise concerns with the Information Commissioner's Office. In the EEA, you may contact your relevant data-protection authority where applicable.

09. Questions and changes

For questions about this notice, or to exercise a privacy right, email contact@monarchpixel.co. We may update this page if our tools, services or legal requirements change. The date at the top indicates the latest revision.
